I am home! :)

Hi all!

Being at home is the biggest gift that you can ask if you were a student staying away from parents, what more the place where you study is in different state as your hometown. I know being exaggerating about how I miss my home, my mum and my siblings is incomparable with my other friends' since I only take about one and 1/2 hour to reach home and my friends need about 10 times longer to reach theirs.

OK. All I want to mention is I am at home! hehehe

Final examination is over and 3 week-break is waiting.
I am expecting less holidays since I will be busy helping my aunt for her upcoming wedding in a week.
Till then! TaTa.

Top 10 Ways to Freak Out Your Roomate :P (Cik Azie don't worry, you are safe, for now...hehe)

  • Collect potatoes. Paint faces on them and give them names. Name one after your roommate. Separate your roommate's potato from the others. Wait a few days, and then bake your roommate's potato and eat it. Explain to your roommate, "He just didn't belong."

  • Move everything to one side of the room. Ask your roommate if he knows how much an elephant weighs, and look at the floor on the empty side of the room with concern.

  • Draw a tiny black line on your nose. Make it bigger every day. Look at it and say, "The hair, it's growing. Growing!"

  • Buy some knives. Sharpen them every night. While you're doing so, look at your roommate and mutter, "Soon, soon...."

  • Collect hundreds of pens and pile them on one side of the room. Keep one pencil on the other side of the room. Laugh at the pencil.

  • Tell your roommate, "I've got an important message for you." Then pretend to faint. When you recover, say you can't remember what the message was. Later on, say, "Oh, yeah, I remember!" Pretend to faint again. Keep this up for several weeks.

  • While your roommate is out, glue your shoes to the ceiling. When your roommate walks in, sit on the floor, hold your head, and moan.

  • Make a sandwich. Don't eat it, leave it on the floor. Ignore the sandwich. Wait until your roommate gets rid of it, and then say, "Hey, where the heck is my sandwich!?" Complain loudly that you are hungry.

  • Every time your roommate walks in yell, "Hooray! You're back!" as loud as you can and dance around the room for five minutes. Afterwards, keep looking at your watch and saying, "Shouldn't you be going somewhere?"

  • Talk back to your Rice Krispies. All of a sudden, act offended, throw the bowl on the floor and kick it. Refuse to clean it up, explaining, "No, I want to watch them suffer."

ROFLOL. But with all the stress from the upcoming exam, why not? Kan Cik Azie?
    HAHAHAHAHHAHAA (evil laugh)
Your roomate is out of her mind, bear that in mind. :P

Look back and walk away? Nope. Look back, walk towards it and move on. You will feel better.

For the first time in two years,
    I met her again.
For the first time in two years,
    I saw her face.
    She is still the same.
    And what is different is
    my feelings towards her.
I was searching for my anger and hatred at that time,
    but to no avail.
    They have disappeared.
    And I greeted her.
    time heals.
    What more distance.
    Two years without meeting her,
    not even once
    or by coincidence
makes the wound heals by itself,
    without me realising it.
    she did something overboard.
Too much that even my second life is hurt.

    Everything seems OK now. seems.
Distance makes me easier to forget that painful memory.
    To forget that,
    never will I.
    Or never can I.

time and distance heal you faster.

    A mother named Puan Salasiah.

The person that I treasure the most, the strongest woman that I've ever known, the most beautiful one in my eyes, the most loving, the most caring, the most understanding despite the stern teaching in bringing me up to be a person. I may not good enough in expressing my feelings but just so you know that you are the best that I've ever had. No one can replace you, not in a lifetime. Continue being a strong mother with all the awesome mummy qualities because me, too, will stay strong for you. I love you with all my heart, sincerely and truly. ♥

Before I Was Myself, You Made Me, Me
    Dimitri Shostakovich

Before I was myself you made me, me
With love and patience, discipline and tears,
Then bit by bit stepped back to set me free,

Allowing me to sail upon my sea,
Though well within the headlands of your fears.
Before I was myself you made me, me

With dreams enough of what I was to be
And hopes that would be sculpted by the years,
Then bit by bit stepped back to set me free,

    Relinquishing your powers gradually
To let me shape myself among my peers.

Before I was myself you made me, me,

And being good and wise, you gracefully
As dancers when the last sweet cadence nears
Bit by bit stepped back to set me free.

    For love inspires learning naturally:
The mind assents to what the heart reveres.

And so it was through love you made me, me
By slowly stepping back to set me free.

    A Thousand Thanks

    Mother's Day brings to mind
The thousands of things you did for me
    that helped make me happier,
    stronger and wiser,
because I had you as a role model.

I'm grateful for all the times
    you healed my hurts
    and calmed my fears,
so that I could face the world
    feeling safe and secure.

I'm thankful for all you showed me
about how to love and give--
    lessons that now bring
    so many blessings to me
    each and every day.

    Your sacrifices and unselfishness
    did not go unnoticed, Mom.
I admire you, I respect you,
    I love you.
And I'm so glad you're my mother!

    Happy Mother's Day!

    How much is too much?

    Salam and 안녕!

Wanna share a few info with you.
You should know on how much you should consume your products.
Thanks to Seventeen magazine for giving me this beneficial information.

    - All you need is 50 cent- sized amount.
    - Mix it with some water so that it goes on skin more smoothly without being too abrasive.

    - Use a panadol-sized amount.
Too much may cause tiny, oil-filled sacs called milia to appear around the eye area.

    - A teaspoon is the absolute minimum to protect your skin.
    - This is the one product to overload on!

    - A pea-sized amount because any more might irritate the skin, and encourage excessive sebum production.

    - Squeeze out around 2 centimeters.
    - There's no point in using too much, as you'll just be wasting your cleanser.

    Single is Simple!

Taken from Fadhliah Pesol's FB account.

Korang berstatus SINGLE?? Tiada relationship lagi? Baru menjadi single setelah clash dengan pasangan??Masih mencari mr/mrs right?? Haaa.... sini nak bagi kelebihan menjadi S.I.N.G.L.E......

    1.  Jimat duit..Jimat masa...Jimat segala-galanya...

    2. Elakkan pergaduhan... Korang sayang kat pasangan korang tapi dengan dialah korang selalu bergaduh (kalau yang xgaduh ngan kapel korang tu masih bahagia lah).. Dengan kawan2,mana korang gaduh pun kan? (kalau selalu gaduh baiklah takpayah kawan) Korang akan gaduh teruk2... Pastu baik balik... Pastu gaduh sampai nak putus la apalah...tak boleh study lah... Kalau anda singleee, masalah ni pasti tidak akan berlaku..

    3. Free as you can be. Nak keluar ngan sapa.. So memang free sefree-free nya lah!

    4. Kalau nak letak add friend ngan perempuan/lelaki lain pun tak ada sapa akan marah! Yelah, dah takde pasangan kan.. Jadi tengok lelaki/perempuan ni macam menarik ja jadi add lah dia..

Kalau korang single, janganlah terburu-buru nak cari pasangan.. Enjoy dulu life as a single girl/boy...Pilih yang betul2 boleh dibuat pasangan.. Saya tak kata Couple Tu Tak Bagus cuma saya nak bagitahu kebaikan single sahaja... Dan kepada single ladies/man out there, BE PROUD Of BEING SINGLE.... <3

    06 May 2011

That day was a rainy day.

    Salam and 안녕!

After submitting TITAS file to Farah, my dongsaeng Fifah the Fiffy ( bluekk!) , Kiena and I went to eat at our usual place.
When we were eating, the rain was pouring down heavily with the accompaniment of the thunder.

Done eating, went to the shop next to 7e to ask the owner regarding my phone.
It hasn't been three weeks yet and the phone has gone crazy.
    What the?

Suddenly, Fifay said that she forgot to buy something that Farah's asked her to buy.
We went back to Cenderawasih and bought the food.

Thought things had settled, happily walking back to the institute.
Passing by the shop, suddenly I remembered,
    Cik Azie!
I forgot to take the food Cik Azie asked me to buy just now!

Quickly we WENT BACK to Cenderwasih and paid for the food.
The sister at the stall was grinning.
Perhaps she realized how many times did we went there and never once remembered about the food.

Went back to the institute, now for real with the sense of relief since everything had settled.

Haha, banyak makan semut ye......semua benda lupa :p

    Till then. :)

    Sports Day

    Salam and 안녕!

    Sports Day.

We were in charge in playing kompang.

The first time ever doing formation while playing kompang.

    A new experience indeed.

This years Sports Day was quite something since we have special performance from the nearest neighbour, STF and the cultural performances from the cute and adorable children of SKTTU.

The day was hot and I didn't take part in any games. muahahahaha

    Till then.

    Thank you.

    Home Story: Sweet and Sour

    Salam and 안녕!

I went back home last week!
Yeah I know that last two weeks I already went back home but who cares?
    My home, my right.

This time short holiday would be quite longer since Monday is holiday in reference to the Worker's Day and I only had class on Tuesday afternoon.
So, I decided to go back on Tuesday morning.

1.30 pm, I got on the bus to go back to Batu Pahat.
Right after I reached my hometown, I straight away went to but the ticket to go back to JB.
I chose to to go back on Tuesday, 900 am.
I bought the ticket earlier since I was sure that many people would want to go back and with the worries that tickets might sold out.

I was having a great time at home.
Seriously, being at home, you escape from those nonsense and stress and headaches and eyesore and whatsoever.
Playing with my little brother, helped my mother cooked, watching my favourite television shows and everything made me forget things that are simply stubborn enough to get lost from my mind.

Things went as planned/ imagined when suddenly my bestie texted me.
She wanted confirmation on when our test would be held.
I confidently said Wednesday since my friend told me earlier that the test was on Wednesday.
She asked if it was true since in the Facebook, it was written Tuesday.
I wasn't sure since I didn't check my account that day.
I tried to ask my friends for confirmation and most of them didn't give me a quick reply.

One of my friends replied and she said that it was confirmed that the test was going to be on Tuesday morning and at that time she was on the bus, going back to JB. She was looking for ticket to go back that evening and the ticket on Monday was sold out. She had to go back that night or else she won't be able to sit for the test.

I was worried as well since my ticket was on Wednesday morning and I have to buy new ticket to go back on Monday which was the next day.

The next day, I went to the market with all my family members and went to the ticket counter first, asking for any ticket available that day.
By hook or by crook, I have to go back on that very day.
To my disappointment, tickets were all sold out.
I felt like crying at that time and tried searching at other ticket counters but to no avail.
I called my mother and told her that tickets were all sold out.

She said that after Zuhur prayer we would go to Ayer Hitam bus stand and I would ride on the usual bus, not the express one.
My plan for that day was all ruined because of the sudden change.
Everything that I want to buy was forgotten just like that.

Right after Zuhur prayer, we went to Ayer Hitam bus stand and thanks to God that once I reached there,
a bus on its way to Larkin was about to depart.
I quickly got on the bus after bidding farewell to my mother and kissed her hand and cheeks.
I paid for the ticket and searched for a place to sit.

The journey back was longer than ordinary ones, taking extra one hour from my usual duration.
I've got headache since the bus stopped many times to get the passenger on the bus.
Once I reached the terminal, I quickly called my friend since she is keeping my room key.
To my surprise, she was outside and her roommate has not gone back yet.

I had to wait for half an hour before I could enter my room, bearing the headache and tiredness.
I performed my Asar prayer and rested for a while before I went to take a bath.
I spent the night to do revision for the next day's test and went to sleep when my eyes could no longer bear the drowsiness.

And that is how the day ended.

    Till then. :)

p/s: my phone went crazy for the second time. grrrrrrr

    Cross Country

    Salam and 안녕!

It has been quite sometime since an entry has been written here.
    So many things happened,
loads of things to work on,
and lots of time to be spent on something else.
For sure, there are lots to be told.

The first one will be the cross country held last two weeks here in my institute.
Cross country = running  man = fatigue + hot
Yeah. The cross country was held in the mid of the day when the sun is shining the brightest, bringing sweat and tense plus anger, perhaps.
It was supposed to be held in the morning where the air is still fresh but was last minute postponed due to unknown reason.

The scorching heat was no joke that I felt like not going out. The weather was especially hot that day and to my fault, I didn't bring any water to drink.
    The competition started.
My friends and I ran and ran and ran and suddenly we separated.
I was in front and was getting tired as I ran, decided to walk.
Suddenly a person came from the back and tapped my shoulder.
I was startled since it was quite hard.
Looking to the right, it was my junior.
I was confused why did she do that and she gave the similar look with some startled expression.
She quickly said sorry sorry to me since she mistook me with her friend.
We walked together for some time and we started running.
Within a few meters, she stopped.
I felt uneasy so I stopped and started walking again.

I was about to faint when a sister passed by and helped me.
I asked for water and to my fortunate, a junior passed by and I drank some water of hers.
I really felt like I couldn't stand and two seniors on the motorcycle came. They asked the sister to bring me to the nearby place for me to sit.
I was asked to take a deep breath for few times.
Not too long after I sat there, a junior also fainted but her situation was far more worse than me.
She kept on vomiting, probably because of the empty stomach.
I calmed myself down and continuously taking deep breaths.

Two seniors with a car passed by and I was asked to get on the car to go back to the institute together with junior.
Feeling quite okay, I refused and wore my shoes.
The sister with car asked me if I was really okay and asked me not to force myself.
I convinced her and I am okay and said thank to her before I continued walking.
My other friends had far left me.
One of the seniors in charge of patrolling the competition track showed me the number two sign and asked if I  recognized it. LOL. A definite yes.

I continued my walk and at the end, I managed to reach the ending point.
That was my first time ever being in that situation- almost fainted, dehydrated.
I guessed the weather and the losing stamina are the greatest contributors to that.

The moral of the story is,
keep fit and organize the cross country in the morning where the body and the air is still fresh.

    Till then. :)
